We currently ship within the UK only. For international enquiries, please email us at info@module-roast.com. Orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (excluding bank holidays).

Delivery & Collection

We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

1–5 boxes: GBP 4.75
6–14 boxes: GBP 8.00
15–25 boxes: GBP 12.00

Returns & Coffee Freshness

Your coffee is roasted within a week of ordering. For the best flavour, we recommend brewing it from around two weeks after roasting, up to about ten weeks. It’ll still taste great beyond that, just not quite at its peak.

If there’s an issue with your order or you’re not completely happy with your coffee, get in touch within 30 days of purchase: info@module-roast.com. We’ll always do our best to make it right, whether that means an exchange or helping you find something more suited to your taste.
