About

This website is operated by Module. Our coffee is roasted offsite and dispatched from Edinburgh. If you need to get in touch, you can email us any time at info@module-roast.com

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be handled by the Scottish courts.

Ordering & Payment

When you place an order, we’ll send a confirmation email. Once it has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is out of stock, if there’s a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Shopify or PayPal. We do not store any payment information ourselves.

Shipping & Returns

We currently ship within the UK only. For more detail on shipping times, costs, and click and collect options, see our Shipping Information page.

We want you to love your coffee. If something’s not right, email us within 30 days of purchase at info@module-roast.com and we’ll do our best to put it right, whether that means a refund, an exchange, or helping you find something more suited to your taste.

As coffee is perishable, we don’t usually accept returns unless something has gone wrong.

All our coffee is roasted to order. For the best flavour, we recommend brewing it from around two weeks after roasting, up to about ten weeks. After that, it will still taste good, just not quite at its peak.
